These Terms govern your use of the IN N' OUT Market website and the IN N' OUT Rewards program. By using the site or joining Rewards, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse the Rewards system. We may suspend access for misuse or fraud.
IN N' OUT Rewards
- Membership is free and limited to one account per verified mobile number. Signup requires successful email and text verification and the current referral code.
- New members receive the welcome points shown at signup. Eligible in-store purchases earn the base rate shown in Rewards, with tier and promotional multipliers where applicable.
- Purchase tracking via Clover — Points are calculated server-side from order data retrieved from the Clover point-of-sale system. Your mobile phone number is used to associate in-store orders with your Rewards account. Eligible purchase amounts are determined by our backend after excluding ineligible items and categories; no client-supplied total is trusted for accrual. Refunds processed through Clover automatically reverse any points that were credited for the refunded amount.
- Fuel, tobacco, lottery, money orders, prepaid cards and gift cards are not eligible to earn IN N' OUT points. Taxes, discounts and refunded items may also be excluded.
- Tier progress is based on eligible spend during the current calendar year. Rates, thresholds and promotions may change as shown in Rewards.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be sold, and cannot be moved between IN N' OUT accounts. The one-time Minnoco bridge described below is the only permitted external balance import.
- Rewards and vouchers are valid only at IN N' OUT Market, are subject to their displayed terms and availability, and may exclude regulated or restricted products.
- A redemption immediately deducts its displayed points and issues a one-time voucher. Unless stated otherwise, the voucher expires after 24 hours; points for an unused expired voucher are returned automatically.
- The temporary Minnoco bridge lets a member report a Minnoco ID or phone and current point balance. An authenticated IN N' OUT team member must inspect the Minnoco record and approve the transfer from the protected staff portal on a store-controlled device before points are credited.
- A Minnoco balance may be imported only once and cannot be reused on another account. Because no direct Minnoco/PatronPoints API is currently available, we may reject, correct or reverse a transfer that cannot be verified or appears duplicated, mistaken or fraudulent.
- Imported points use the redemption prices displayed in Rewards: fountain drink 400, coffee 500, snack 600, $1 fuel savings 750, wash upgrade 1,000 and $5 store credit 2,500 points. Displayed restrictions and availability apply.
- We may modify, suspend or end the program, or correct errors and reverse points obtained through fraud or mistake.
Analytics Consent
Accepting the Rewards terms and creating an account does not automatically enable optional product interaction analytics. Analytics consent is a separate, revocable opt-in available in your Rewards account settings. You may enable or disable optional analytics at any time without affecting your account or points balance.
Car Wash & Unlimited Plans
Single washes, prepaid packs and Unlimited Wash Club plans are managed through the IN N' OUT Car Wash app (provided by XpresSystems, Inc.). Unlimited plans are billed monthly, per vehicle, with no long-term commitment, and can be changed or canceled in the app. The app provider's own terms also apply to your use of the app.
Promotions & Availability
Featured items, deals and promotions are for a limited time, while supplies last, and may change without notice. In-store and pump prices are set on site and shown at the location.
Intellectual Property
The IN N' OUT Market name, logo, site content and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, IN N' OUT Market and JRD Companies are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or program.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here.
